Doki came to us with the need to scale their Facebook Advertising efforts, the smart way. We’ve designed multiple ad banners, ad copies (in English and Chinese), audience segments (core and side), and objectives. We ran the campaign with an e-commerce traffic focus, as well as with a drive-to-store portion to push website visitors to experience the smartwatch in Doki’s retailers.

Who’s Aromist is a Hong Kong business success story since 1995 with a wide range of Aromatherapy products under its own label: oils, essential oils, diffusers, and massage services. The firm has been an e-commerce believer since early 2000 but realized that over the last couple of years, platforms like Yahoo or eBay were not as effective as before. This is why in 2017, founder Wilson Ho decided to take one step forward by opening Who’s own e-commerce store. Getting Clickful’s expertise in Facebook Ads in Hong Kongand using the technology of our friends at Shopline, we were able to kick-start this new endeavor within a month!

“IRIS: YOUR ESCAPE” was a tremendous success, driven by a precise Facebook Ads strategy to lead the customer acquisition and power the online ticket sales.

The structure was composed by 4 awareness audiences, 1 emails outreach portion, 1 Facebook lookalike tactic and 1 retargeting audience. The goal was to attract a lot of qualified leads in the website at a low price, and then use the retargeting audience to push the ticket sales with high frequency and convincing creatives.
